The patient journey begins with a brief online health evaluation that takes approximately five minutes. Patients provide information about their medical history, current medications, weight loss or health goals, and any potential contraindications. This evaluation is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be completed from any device with internet access. There are no appointments to schedule, no waiting rooms to sit in, and no time off work required.
Once the evaluation is submitted, an independent licensed medical provider reviews the patient's complete health profile asynchronously. This means the provider carefully examines all submitted information and makes a clinical determination without the patient needing to be present in real-time. In most states, the provider can issue a prescription directly through our platform if treatment is clinically appropriate. The prescription is then transmitted to one of our licensed, FDA-registered compounding pharmacy partners, which prepares the medication according to the provider's specifications and ships it discreetly to the patient's door.
Ongoing care is managed through our secure messaging platform, where patients can ask questions, report side effects, request dose adjustments, and receive provider guidance throughout their treatment journey.
